物流冷庫

功能由傳統(tǒng)冷庫的“低溫倉儲”型向“流通型”、“冷鏈物流配送”型轉變，其設施按照低溫配送區(qū)域的使用要求進行建造。體現(xiàn)在：

（1）、建有低溫穿堂、封閉式站臺并設置電動滑升式冷藏門、防撞柔性密封口、站臺高度調節(jié)裝置（升降平臺）， 實現(xiàn)“門對門”式裝卸作業(yè)已成為現(xiàn)代化物流冷庫的標志。

（2）、貨物進出頻繁、吞吐量大，根據(jù)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營的需要設置專門的理貨間（區(qū)），理貨區(qū)的溫度一般控制在0～+7℃。

（3）、物流冷庫的制冷系統(tǒng)設計更加注重環(huán)保和節(jié)能要求。庫房溫度控制范圍寬，冷卻設備的選型、布置和風速場設計考慮適用多種貨物的冷藏要求。配有完善的庫溫自動檢測、記錄和自動控制裝置。

（4）、建立完善的計算機網(wǎng)絡系統(tǒng)，使冷藏供應鏈配送管理科學化，做到食品的可追溯性。在歐盟、美國和日本，食品供應鏈中的所有企業(yè)都有實施追溯系統(tǒng)的法定義務。

（5）、冷凍冷藏倉儲方式開始向貨架式、托盤化轉變，以實現(xiàn)貨物按“先進先出”的原則進行管理，有利于提高商品貯藏質量和減少損耗。

（6）、立體自動化冷庫采用計算機管理，可以實現(xiàn)庫內裝卸和堆垛及庫溫控制、制冷設備運行全自動化，庫內不需任何操作人員。采用計算機管理，能隨時提供庫存貨物的品名、數(shù)量、貨位和庫溫履歷、自動結算保管費用和開票等，提高了管理效率，并大大減少了管理人員。 我公司按照整體性、綜合性構成原則，綜合考慮客戶服務目標、物流網(wǎng)絡、節(jié)點布局、倉儲系統(tǒng)、運輸管理、運營模式、管理組織等因素，結合冷藏技術對物流冷庫作出總體規(guī)劃。
